Mr. Logan is CEO of ACG Inc. He was the founder and CEO of ACG, LLC, the predecessor company, founder of his prior law practice and of LRS Federal LLC. He was a private panel Chapter 7 Trustee with the U.S. Department of Justice and has served as a fiduciary of over 20,000 estates. Mr. Morrison, Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, has more than 30 years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance industries. Mr. Morrison served as Chief Executive Officer of Platinum Underwriters Holdings Ltd., Imagine Group Holdings Ltd., and London Reinsurance Group, Inc. He was also President of Unum Reinsurance, the reinsurance division of Unum Provident Corporation. Raymond was previously CEO and founding member of Kinetic Partners, the boutique global professional services firm. He has also gained experience working for global fund administrators, custodians and a family office. Raymond is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, a Chartered Financial Analyst and has a diploma from the Institute of Directors on Company Direction.
