Chairman of Multi-Strat Holdings Ltd. Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (retired), with more than 40 years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance industries. Mr. Morrison served as CEO of Platinum Underwriters Holdings Ltd., Imagine Group Holdings Ltd., Trisura Group Ltd. and London Reinsurance Group. Mr. Morrison currently sits on a number of property casualty and life reinsurance boards and their subsidiaries, including Brookfield Reinsurance Partners (NYSE: BAMR), Aetna Life & Casualty (Bermuda) Limited, Stonybrook Capital, Bridger Insurance Services, Trisura Group Ltd. (TSX: TSU) and various subsidiaries of Brookfield Asset Management.
Bob Forness

Bob is Chief Executive Officer and Chief Underwriting Officer of MultiStrat. Bob brings more than 30 years of international experience leading reinsurance companies. He was previously the Chief Underwriting Officer and a Chief Executive Officer of the Imagine Group. Bob also served as head of underwriting and managing director of Imagine Lloyd’s. Prior to Imagine, Bob was Chief Operating Officer of Odyssey Re’s international companies and, managing director of Riverstone UK. He began his career at Prudential Financial, where his last role was Managing Director of Prudential Direct Mutual Funds. Cornell BSc, Columbia MBA.
Raymond O'Neill

Currently acts as an independent non-executive director of regulated entities, investment funds, service providers and technology companies. Senior management roles in start-ups and large global organization, working in London, Dublin, Boston and Bermuda. Previously CEO and founding member of Kinetic Partners, global professional services firm. Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, Chartered Financial Analyst and Dip Institute of Directors.
Jim Robinson

Jim is Chief Executive Officer of MultiStrat Advisors, Inc. Founder of numerous financial services firms with more than 30 years in the securities business, with a strong emphasis on structured and specialty finance. Jim has founded and grown successful financial services firms in the institutional research business, venture capital funds, hedge funds, specialty finance funds and multiple regulated entities in several jurisdictions globally.
Michael Watson
Director
Michael Watson is Chairman and founder of Canopius Group, a private equity backed global specialty (re)insurance business with its principal operations at Lloyd’s. Michael led the original management buy-out of Canopius in 2003 and again in 2018. He has over 40 years’ experience in commercial and investment banking, trade finance, stock broking, life and non-life insurance, gained in London, Bermuda and New York. He is also Chairman of Carrick Group Limited, a Bermuda-based legacy reinsurance business. Michael is a Chartered Accountant.
Christina Swan

Christina is Senior Vice President of Operations and Business Development at MultiStrat. A Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute and member of the Institute of Directors, Christina has over 25 years of operations, governance and regulatory matter experience. Christina has extensive experience working with management teams and boards of directors on M&A transactions, financings and advising on simple and complex governance matters. Christina heads up business development, operations, transaction execution and regulatory matters.
